Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to have the personal data Relai (operated by Lion’s Point Ltd) holds about you deleted. It covers our website and app, and specifically the data we receive when you connect a Facebook Page or sign in with Facebook for Meta lead ads.
1. Data received from Facebook (Meta)
If you connected Relai to Facebook, we hold: your Facebook name and user ID, the list of Pages you manage, an access token for the Page you chose, and the lead-form submissions of that Page. You can delete this in any of three ways:
- In Relai. Sign in to Relai as an admin, open Settings → Meta lead ads and click Disconnect. The Facebook login, Page connection and all tokens are removed immediately.
- From Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Relai and choose Remove. Facebook then sends Relai a signed data-deletion request and we automatically delete the Facebook login, Page connection and tokens from every Relai account that was connected with your Facebook account. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to a status page.
- By email. Write to privacy@relaioffice.com from the address on your Relai account, or quoting your Facebook user ID, and we will delete the data within 30 days and confirm.
Lead submissions that were already stored as contacts belong to the business that runs the Relai account (the controller). If you are a lead who filled in a Facebook or Instagram form, please ask that business to delete your record; if you tell us which business it is we will pass your request on and assist them.
2. Your Relai account
To delete your Relai user account and the data we hold about you as a user, email privacy@relaioffice.com from your account email. Account owners can also request deletion of their whole workspace, after which Customer Data is deleted or returned as described in the Data Processing Agreement. We may keep the minimum billing and audit records the law requires us to retain.
3. Checking a deletion request
Deletion requests that arrive through Facebook receive a confirmation code. You can check the status at any time at https://app.relaioffice.com/api/meta/data-deletion/status?code=<your code>.
