A credit is a unit of work Relai actually did: a reply written and sent, an enquiry qualified, a follow-up chased, a call recorded and transcribed, a brief prepared for your rep. Quick actions cost a few dozen credits; taking a new lead from first reply to a clear yes or no is typically a few hundred; keeping an active contact moving is a few hundred a month. Contacts that go quiet are parked and use nothing until they come back.
