FAQ/Straight answers
What people ask first.
How Relai works, what it costs, and what it will and won’t do without you.
The system your business runs on when AI agents do the work. Like the operating system on a computer, it has a shared memory (the Context Graph), rules for what each agent and person may do (Clearance), connections to your tools, and the agents that run on top. Sales and GTM come first.
Yes. The Sales Director and the Sales Assistant take instructions by voice or text, today. Ask a question, give an order, approve a move.
AI calling is rolling out in phases. Phase one opens in October 2026 to a limited number of companies, with wider release to follow. Today your reps call through Relai’s built-in phone, and every call is recorded, transcribed and added to the Context Graph.
Inside Relai. Briefings, approvals and alerts come to you on whatever screen you’re on, and you can answer by voice.
No. Connect it and it stays as a source. Relai reads everything in it, alongside your inbox, chats, calls and notes — and works from all of it.
Yes. Messages go out from your own WhatsApp number and mailbox, in the name of the person who owns the contact.
Only where you let it. Each kind of work can run on its own or wait for your approval, and anything that needs a person is handed over with the reason attached.
A unit of work Relai actually did: a reply written and sent, an enquiry qualified, a call transcribed, a question answered. You see where every credit went.
No. Every plan has unlimited users. You pay for the work Relai does, not for seats.
Your CRM and your data.
Relai connects to your existing CRM, reads the contacts and history, and writes every action back. You don’t migrate or replace anything. Your CRM can stay the record; Relai does the work on top of it.
HubSpot, WhatsApp, email, calendar and phone connect directly today. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and others we set up for you, usually within a day. Meta lead ads flow straight in.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used to train anyone else’s model. Enterprise adds SSO and a full security review.
Pricing and plans.
Yes. For 10 days you get the full $99 package: 15,000 credits, your own WhatsApp number run by Relai, calling, email and unlimited users. We ask for a card so your number and conversations carry on without a break; cancel before day 10 and you pay nothing.
A credit is a unit of work Relai actually did: a reply written and sent, an enquiry qualified, a follow-up chased, a call recorded and transcribed, a brief prepared for your rep. Quick actions cost a few dozen credits; taking a new lead from first reply to a clear yes or no is typically a few hundred; keeping an active contact moving is a few hundred a month. Contacts that go quiet are parked and use nothing until they come back.
Live conversations never stop. If a client replies, Relai answers. Only discretionary work (nurture, re-engagement) pauses until the next month or until you top up. Top up 10,000 credits for $99 any time, or switch on auto top-up with a monthly cap.
Yes. Commit to 12 months on any plan from Starter to $50,000 a month and save 12%. It is still billed monthly, you get the same credits every month, top-ups work as usual, and you can move up to a bigger plan any time. Moving down, or back to monthly billing, is possible at renewal.
Monthly plan credits reset each month. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
Every plan includes one WhatsApp line, connected to your own number in a few clicks. Reps who want their own line add one for $60 a month each. Calling runs on your own Twilio number or the number you already have.
No. Every plan has unlimited users. You pay for the work Relai does, not for seats.
Any time. Move up or down the ladder from Settings and it takes effect next cycle; cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Teams that need more than $50,000 of credits a month, invoicing, a DPA and security review, or a dedicated onboarding team. Book a demo and we’ll price it for you.
